Hey! Carrie Anne here,
Though I grew up in Rock Springs , I have traveled all around from Louisiana to Iowa, North Dakota & South Dakota. Living in other areas greatly impacted me as I was able to really learn and work with many different photographers
Having always loved photography ever since I could hold a camera. I attended school and majored in Photography. From there I shot freelance as often as time would allow. It was not long after that I got my first official photography job at a studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2010.
Studio Photography was amazing. I was able to learn hands on from amazing peers and quickly rose to management. After several years I transitioned from Studio Management life to my dream. I now enjoy outdoor photography and have been doing it ever since, in between raising my beautiful family of course.
My Passion
Photographs are many things to different people, to me they are an heirloom. Something to document or share a moment in time with future generations. Time is one thing we cannot turn back. Photos are the closest thing to time travel we have and that is priceless.
Don’t let time pass you by. Step out and give it your best smile! In my opinion, the BEST photos are not the ones where everyone looks perfect but rather where everyone looks thoughtful, loving & candidly happy! Include your passions & hobbies. All of these elements make taking a great photo easy, fun & most importantly memorable! My hope is that when you hang the photo I took for you on your wall, you smile every time you walk by it.
